Project Description

As part of realising our mission, The "Widows Monthly Pension is a compassionate initiative by FORT Charitable trust, designed to provide financial support to widows who often face economic hardships

Project cost & number of beneficiaries

The total budget for this project for one year is Rs. 18 Lakh Rupees and the estimated number of total beneficiaries via this project is 250 . We will provide the monthly pension to atleast 50 widows after thorough verification by our team. This scheme will be focusing on those families to whom it is difficult to provide monthly ration kits

1. Steady income stream helps these women maintain their dignity and independence 2. Lessens financial stress 3. The project also promotes social inclusion, as it helps integrate widows back into the community, preventing isolation and fostering a sense of belonging

How can you be a part of this project?

You can sponsor 1 widow monthly pension. It will cost you only Rs. 3000 per month or Rs. 36,000 per year or USD 500 per year.. We do accept Zakat and Sadaqa as donations
